Event Forms & Report
The left Event Form allows you to "create" events. The middle Event Form is a part of the Property Form so when you get responses you can easily enter the response in the system. The last picture is the report that show's who is participating and who is not.
Annual Dues & Revenue Input
You create Annual Dues for all of your property owners with the click of a button! Invoices can then be printed and mailed. Revenue input is a breeze; each invoice has a section that the owner returns with their payment and using the Rapid Revenue Input Form entry is a breeze! Alternatively, you can go to the property owners Lot/Condo/Duplex form and enter it there. WOW!
Email Your Owners!
If you use Microsoft Outlook, you can purchase an optional software program from Standss - EmailMerge PRO. EmailMerge PRO works in conjunction with Outlook and Property Owners Plus to pull name and email information from Property Owners Plus and use it in Outlook to send personalized emails. You simply tell Outlook that you want to:
- Email to all property owners
- Email invoices to owners with balances*
- Email to Event attendee's
- Email to Event attendee's that haven't responded
- Email to Event Regrets
*Owners get a PDF invoice saving you about $0.63 an invoice! Add it up; mailing invoices to 200 owners will cost you about $126.00. Email, nothing.
